Still Baking New Ideas
Conceptbakery was a cutting-edge digital marketing agency from 2002 to 2016. Founded by brothers Klaus and Felix Holzapfel, it quickly became a boutique shop known for mixing smart strategy with new technology for clients in Germany and the U.S.
In 2016, Conceptbakery was acquired by UK marketing firm Zone, which was then picked up by global tech consultancy Cognizant in 2017. So when you see Aston Martin Formula 1 cars speeding around with Cognizant logos on them, just remember: there’s a tiny Conceptbakery pixel hitching a ride.
Felix and Klaus are forever grateful to the amazing team members who helped turn a small idea into a global success story.
What Are the Brothers Up To today?
Klaus
Klaus Holzapfel is building the future—quite literally—through Continuum Housing, a development firm focused on energy-efficient, fully electrified homes and ideas for future-proof buildings.
He also runs More With Less Now, a boutique coaching project that helps people simplify their lives, reset their digital clutter, and think about the legacy they want to leave behind.
Felix
As Managing Partner of Morgen & Stern, Felix is committed to reshaping the secondary market for blue-chip art while enhancing the cultural relevance of art in modern society. Beyond Morgen & Stern, he bundles his investments and side ventures under Quovabiz GmbH.
This includes selectively advising executives and teams on digital transformation and emerging technology trends.
